Water Tower Fine Wines

water-towerWater Tower Fine Wines opened in the hopes of offering a different type of wine store. Their goal is to educate customers on the joys of trying new wines and reaching beyond the standard varietals. Their plan is centered on the idea of sampling as many wines as possible, and Water Tower is always willing to open a bottle for the enthusiast wanting to try something new. Water Tower Fine Wines features many wines not seen in other area wine shops and can answer questions about wines and many of the offbeat wine regions of the United States.

The Water Tower Fine Wines goal is to be the “Cheers” of the Cincinnati wine scene, where everyone is comfortable coming in to learn about wine appreciation and meet others who share their interests. They also have plans to open a dedicated tasting room within our first year of operation.

Wine tastings every Friday, 5:30-8:30 pm ($15/6 wines).

  • I assumed it would be in the Water Tower, downtown. Or am I thinking of Chicago? Guess so–the tower downtown Cincy is called Carew Tower. I don’t know where Mt Washington OH is.
Will find out though. Thanks for the news.

  • Mt. Washington is a community on the east side of Cincinnati off of Beechmont Avenue. On Beechmont heading east from Mt. Lookout you can’t miss the Water Tower on your right. Water Tower Fine Wines sits right by the Tower. Thanks for reading!
